Terms of service.

PAYMENTS:

Each booking submission will require a $50 nonrefundable deposit that will go towards the total cost. Your booking will then be secured. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before date of booking.

EQUIPMENT:

When booking you are agreeing to pay accordingly for any damages to First State Picnics property such as taking, breaking, burning, staining, ripping etc. Guests have a 15 minute grace period, anything more will cut into your own picnic time. You must remain at the setup until First State Picnic staff arrives. If you decide to leave early you must notify First State Picnics at least 15 minutes prior.

*First State Picnics will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings.

* I acknowledge that First State Picnics does not hold responsibility for surrounding crowds or busy parks/beaches.

*Locations are subject to change (accidents, closed beaches/parks, etc.)

*If guest chooses to bring alcoholic beverages, First State picnics is not liable for any repercussions.

REFUNDS/ RESCHEDUILING:

In the event of rain, a client may reschedule a picnic within one month.

If you wish to reschedule due to other circumstances, we will require a minimum of 72 hours notice and must be approved by First State Picnics. Availability may vary. If you wish to cancel please notify us 1 week prior to your booking for a full refund.

For last minute cancellations (day of), 50% rescheduling fee applies if you wish to reschedule.
